HEALTHY HABITS AT HOME THAT HELP YOUR CHILD SUCCEED AT SCHOOL
A local pediatrician recommends:
12 hours of sleep per night for elementary students. (10hr for middle school & 8 hr for high school students).
60 minutes of vigorous exercise 3-6 days a week…although every day would be best
Screen time should be limited & kids should be off screens at least an hour before bed
